Private dinner with German astronaut Hans Schlegel

On March 29, 2022, we had the great honor of meeting two-time spaceflyer Hans Schlegel (STS-55 Columbia in 1993 and STS-122 Atlantis in 2008).

After long-time email contact and a few smartphone messages, Florian arranged to have dinner with Hans in Frankfurt (Germany) to talk about space and to hear the story of one of only twelve German astronauts.

It was a great and entertaining evening with Hans, Florian, Lisa and little Felix. We agreed on further contact and the possibility of events and lectures with Hans Schlegel in Germany. Very exciting times to come!
